Can I Take A Ginger Shot At Night

Short answer? Absolutely. Ginger doesn't clock off at 5 pm.

There's no scientifically proven best time to take a ginger shot. Whether you're an early bird or a night owl, you can enjoy one whenever works for you.

But there are a few things worth knowing before taking your evening shot.

Is a ginger shot before bed okay?

For most people, yes.

Ginger is naturally caffeine-free, so you won't be knocking back an espresso in disguise.

However, ginger can cause heartburn or digestive discomfort in some people, particularly if taken on an empty stomach.

If you have a sensitive stomach, try taking your shot with food or earlier in the evening rather than immediately before bed.

Morning or night: Does it make a difference?

Not really. There's no convincing evidence that ginger's benefits depend on the time of day you take it.

Morning might be your preferred time for a refreshing start, while evenings might suit you better.

And if you're looking for a little pick-me-up, Vuicer has something extra to offer.

Not all ginger shots are created equal

Many ginger shots contain around 8–15g of ginger, often balanced with apple juice. We do things a little differently.

Every 60ml Vuicer shot packs 23g of fiery Peruvian ginger, balanced with naturally sweet Costa Rican pineapple. No apple juice needed.

Our shots are also bursting with vitamin C, which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and supports the normal function of your immune system.

A fiery little pick-me-up, whether it's morning, afternoon or evening.
