Where do you deliver?
Across the UK. Straight to your door.
Do I get free delivery?
Yep. Spend over £50 and it’s on us.
When will my shots arrive?
Usually 2 working days. We don’t hang about.
Can I track my order?
Yep. Once it's on the move, you'll get tracking details so you can keep an eye on it.
Can I choose a delivery day?
Not just yet. We'll get them moving as quickly as we can.
How will my shots arrive?
Frozen and packed in insulated packaging to help keep them that way. Once they land, straight in the freezer.
What if i'm not in?
No panic. Your courier may leave them somewhere safe or follow the delivery instructions on your order.
Shots & storage
Why are the shots frozen?
To lock in freshness and nutrients. No preservatives needed.
How do I defrost them?
Fridge overnight. Give it a shake. Shoot it. Done.
How long do the shots last?
Keep them frozen and they’ll last for months. Once defrosted, drink within 72 hours
Can I refreeze my shots?
We wouldn’t recommend it. Best to keep them frozen until you need one.
Inside the shot
Are the shots cold-pressed?
Yep. Cold pressed to keep as much of the good stuff in as possible.
Any added sugars or sweetners?
No added sugar. No sweeteners. Just what’s naturally there.
Do Vuicer shots contain preservatives colours or flavourings?
Nope. No preservatives colours or flavourings. The ingredients do the work?
Are Vuicer shots vegan friendly?
Yep. 100% plant-based. Nothing animal in here.
Is there any caffeine?
Nope. The kick comes from real ingredients, not caffeine.
Why is there sediment ay the bottom of my bottle?
Totally normal. That's the natural fibres settling. Give it a good shake before you shoot.

How does subscription work?
You pick your shots. We keep them coming. Simple.
Do I keep my subscriber discount?
Yep. 25% off your first 3 orders, then 15% off every order after that.
Can I change my delivery schedule?
Of course. Change how often your shots arrive whenever you need to.
Can I pause, skip or cancel anytime?
Anytime. Pause it, skip it or cancel it. No hoops.
Will I know before i'm charged?
Yep. You'll be able to see when your next order is due before it's process.
When do I get charged?
On your chosen schedule. You’ll always know when it’s coming
Good to know
Can I drink Vuicer every day?
Yep. That's exactly what we made it for.
Can I have more than one a day?
We definitely do. One is enough for most people, but if you fancy another, go for it and see how your body gets on with the extra fire.
Is there a best time of day to take one?
Not really. We've got morning shotters, post-gym shotters and "whenever I remember" shotters. Take it when it works for you.
Can children have Vuicer?
They’re made for adults, but older kids can have them. Just expect a bit of a kick.
Can I drink Vuicer while pregnant?
We’d recommend checking with your doctor first, just to be safe.
I'm taking medication, can I drink Vuicer?
Best to check with your GP if you’re unsure. Always the safest move.
