At Vuicer, we deliver your frozen wellness shots securely and efficiently to ensure they arrive in optimal condition.
All orders are carefully packed using insulated packaging designed to maintain temperature during transit.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
UK Delivery
We currently ship across the United Kingdom.
Estimated delivery time is 1–3 working days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods.
Frozen & Temperature-Controlled Delivery
Vuicer products are dispatched frozen and packaged using insulated materials designed to maintain a chilled or frozen condition during transit.
While every effort is made to preserve temperature, slight softening may occur during delivery. Products that arrive cool to the touch and within safe temperature range remain suitable for freezing and consumption.
Customers are responsible for:
• Ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery
• Transferring products to the freezer immediately upon arrival
Vuicer cannot be held liable for product deterioration resulting from:
• Failed delivery attempts
• Parcels left unattended at the delivery address
• Delays caused by incorrect address details
• Failure to store products correctly upon receipt
If your order arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographic evidence.
Subscription Orders
If you are subscribed to a Vuicer plan:
• Orders are dispatched according to your selected delivery schedule.
• You may manage, pause or cancel your subscription through your account before your next billing date.
Changes made after billing may apply to the following delivery cycle.
Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Include your order number and clear photos where applicable.
