Shipping Policy

At Vuicer, our shots are flash frozen after production and delivered chilled. Products may not arrive fully frozen.

All orders are using insulated packaging designed to maintain temperature during transit.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2pm are prepared the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm are prepared the next working day. Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday. (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation emails with tracking details.

UK Delivery

We currently ship across the United Kingdom.

All UK orders are delivered 1 working day after dispatch via next day delivery. Estimated delivery time is 2 working days from the date of order.

Please note delivery times may vary during peak periods .

Orders placed after Thursday 2pm will be dispatched the following Monday to ensure product quality during transit.

Frozen & Temperature Controlled Delivery

Vuicer shots are flash frozen immediately after production to lock in freshness and nutrients.

Orders are dispatched frozen using insulated packaging designed to maintain a chilled temperature during transit.

While products leave us frozen, they may begin to thaw during delivery. This is completely normal and does not affect quality or safety. As long as the shots arrive cool to the touch, they are safe to refreeze and consume.

Important Information

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery
  • Placing products in the freezer as soon as possible upon arrival

Vuicer cannot guarantee products will arrive fully frozen and is not liable for natural thawing during transit.

Delivery issues

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or in an unsatisfactory condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographic evidence

Subscription Orders

If your are subscribed to a Vuicer plan.

  • Orders are dispatched according to your selected delivery schedule
  • You may manage, pause or cancel your subscription through your account before your next billing date

Changes made after billing will apply to the following delivery cycle.
