Shipping Policy – Vuicer

 

Frozen Delivery 

All Vuicer products are shipped frozen using insulated packaging to maintain product quality during transit.

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed Monday to Thursday.

Orders placed before 12pm (UK time) will be processed the same business day.

Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day.

Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday, or on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, will be processed the following Monday to ensure products are not held in transit over the weekend.

Delivery Timeframe

We offer Express Delivery (1–3 business days).

Shipping Rates:

• Free shipping on orders £50 and over
• £6 on orders under £60

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations.

 

Important Information

Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the order on the day of delivery.

We are not responsible for:

• Orders left outside after delivery
• Failed delivery attempts due to absence
• Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
• Courier delays outside of our control

All products must be placed in the freezer immediately upon arrival.

 

Damaged

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of:

• The outer packaging
• The shipping label
• The condition of the product

We will assess and resolve accordingly.
