Returns / Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our frozen products, we dot not accept returns once orders have been delivered.
All Vuicer products must be stored frozen immediately upon arrival.
If your orders arrives damaged,incorrect, or in an unsatisfactory condition, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of:
- The outer packaging
- The shipping label
- The product condition
We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders left outside for delivery
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided. at checkout
- Delays caused by the courier that are outside of our control
Because our products are drink items, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
